Prineet D. Sharma
PARTNER
Prineet is an accomplished eminent domain trial lawyer. He handles all types of eminent domain cases across Florida. In the last three years, Prineet has obtained more than $75 million dollars for his property owner clients. Prineet also serves as lead eminent domain counsel for one of Florida’s largest natural gas pipelines which is owned and operated by two Fortune 500 companies. Lawyers in Central Florida recently voted Prineet as one of the Best Eminent Domain lawyers in Orlando. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum which limits its membership to attorneys obtaining over million dollar verdicts and above. Beyond the courtroom, Prineet has written numerous articles about eminent domain in national publications and has chaired the Florida Statewide Super Conference on Eminent Domain. Prineet has been appointed to serve on the Florida Bar Eminent Domain Committee and is a member of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals. Prineet grew up in Orlando and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance and minor in Economics. While at the University of Florida, Prineet served as president of Kappa Alpha Order and was selected to be in Florida Blue Key. Prineet obtained his law degree from the Stetson College of Law. After serving as an Assistant County Attorney in Hillsborough County for several years, Prineet began his private practice as an eminent domain attorney for one of Florida’s largest law firms. Prineet formed his current firm in 2003. He is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Florida. Prineet has represented clients that own residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial properties in eminent domain proceedings. Regardless of the size of the case, Prineet approaches each case the same way: obtain the most favorable result for his clients in an expeditious and effective manner.
